A generous timber deck joins two caravans providing comfortable accommodation. Water is gravity fed to the vans from the good-sized roof catchment with 5x1000 litre tanks. There's an outside shower, bath and portable loo. An outside kitchen with stainless steel sink run into another 1000 litre tank and a garden shed has been set up with a camp kitchen great for cooking out of the weather. There are also multiple taps around the property.

Extensive work has been done landscaping and establishing the groundwork for an easy future build with parking bays in place. Soil testing has also been completed and can be made available.

With the jetty and boat ramp minutes away and famous Cloudy Bay surfing beach also not far, there's plenty to do from this wonderful island location! The 'centre hub' of the island, Alonnah village is about 6kms with the school, health centre, shop, post office, pharmacy, pub and more or just walk to the local winery and restaurant a few minutes away!

Conveniently, this property is set well back off a quality sealed road and only 30mins to the ferry terminal. The location has an abundance of birdlife including sea eagles, there is also much-loved echidnas and wallabies, only naming a few of the marsupials.
