What does it cost to be a member of First National?


First National Real Estate operates on a flat monthly fee designed to suit your location - urban, district, village or digital. We don't charge a percentage of your sales or property management income.

So, the key benefit is that as your business grows, your fees don't. You simply make more profit.
Depending on your situation, a typical annual membership fee is the equivalent of the average commission you would earn on the sale of 2 to 3 median-priced homes.
