Blocks this size are a rarity to the market especially so close to town. The block has a huge dam with ample water especially for this time of the year and is a mix of some bush and some lovely cleared land suitable for livestock. To the left front of the block is a gravel pit that is used a few times of the year by a local person. Currently there are sheep on the property and they belong to a neighbouring farmer but they do not have a lease in place. The right hand side boundary is not fenced but will have pegs in place to show the boundary.
