Julie is a long term resident of Gerringong having grown up in Werri Beach and attended Gerringong Primary and Kiama High Schools. After leaving school she attended business college prior to gaining employment in the banking sector. The earlier part of her career was mainly focussed on banking and also administration work in the accountancy and medical professions. After raising her family she ventured into real estate and in 1999 took up a sales position with O’Gorman & Guthrie Real Estate later known as Berry First National Real Estate. Julie quickly built up an excellent reputation working in both residential and rural sales. She gained many awards and record sales during her time there and acquired a substantial portfolio of testimonials from extremely satisfied clients. She is well respected for her honesty, reliability and above all, her commitment to living up to the expectations of her clients. Julie joined our First National team in Gerringong 5 years ago and with her extensive knowledge and easy going approach she has continued to provide exceptional service helping her clients to make informed and comfortable decisions in regard to the purchase or sale of their home.
