Testimonial:

I just wanted to draw your attention to the excellent service that’s always been provided to me by Ruby Karlaftis. I’ve been a tenant with Homeway for around 5 years now and Ruby’s consistently pleasant and positive attitude, along with her “can do” approach to satisfying customer needs are to be commended.
Just yesterday I phoned Ruby in the morning to report that our hot water system had broken and she had a plumber on-site installing a new system by lunchtime. I was extremely grateful for the speed and efficiency she applied to ensure my family were not left without hot water.
Great customer service is rare to find these days, and I’m so thankful for someone like Ruby who goes above and beyond to meet the needs of others.
Thanks so much for finding Ruby, she’s a credit to Homeway. I hope you and your family remain well and healthy.
Belinda, Tenant Kellyville
