She enjoys assisting clients with all aspects of their real estate transactions, and views representation and guidance of her clients through this process as a true privilege. She is always trying to understand her clients by seeing herself in their position, is always generous in offering information, her main intention is to understand her client’s needs and build a relationship that will last over the course of time.

Her flexible skill set sees her work across residential, investment and prestige properties, she speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese which enables the communication uninterrupted when deal with one of the biggest client groups in Eastern and South Eastern areas of Melbourne. She’s passionate, diligent, and very responsive.

When not at work, she is constantly studying to improve her knowledge and skills to take her career to the next level. Grace also has a keen interest in learning cooking new cuisine, reading and practice Pilates. As a long-time Melbourne resident, she enjoys the Melbourne coffee culture at all times.
