Georgina Hynd initially joined First National Neilson Partners as the Receptionist for our property management team at the Berwick Office.

Coming to us with many years’ experience in reception duties, she proved to be a perfect fit for our busy department. Her friendly nature and strong interpersonal skills quickly made her a client favourite and left us fielding compliments and positive feedback about the superior service she provides.

Georgina was recognised for her efforts in 2016 when she was awarded the Victorian 'Receptionist of the Year' for the First National group. Amazingly, she again won the award in 2020 – a true testament to her capabilities and outstanding work ethic.

Georgina’s keen eye for detail, adherence to procedures and policies, and common-sense approach have seen her promoted to a supportive assistant role within the department. Whilst she continues to assist our clients with their queries and needs, she also conquers a wide range of property management duties including routine property inspections, open homes, and numerous administrative duties.

Georgina has proven to be an invaluable member of our team and approaches each day with gusto and determination to provide wonderful service.
