RENTAL SUCCESS:
Property management is much more than just collecting rent. While our Agency is competitive, we absolutely do not compromise on our training, systems, equipment, technology and standards that enable us to ensure that our landlords are getting quality tenants, timely rental payments and minimal vacancies.
We consistently achieve better results than the Gold Coast industry numbers for vacancy rates, lost rent days and arrears.
Our KPIs, which we proudly publish monthly, speak for themselves. March 2018 KPIs is typical; 1007 Enquiries, 116 Open Homes, 413 Potential Tenants Inspected, 92 Applications processed, 12 Homes let.
Furthermore, we adhere to First National’s ISO level quality assurance processes, designed to guarantee the delivery of our promise - We Put You First.
KEY RENTAL FUNDAMENTALS WE LIVE BY:
• There are 52 weeks in a year. When it comes to finding you a good tenant every week is vital. Each week unnecessarily lost is 2% of your return.
• When we begin marketing your property, we make sure you are updated each step of the way. All of our landlords with vacancies coming up receive a weekly email activity report as well as phone calls and text messages to keep you in the loop.
• You will be made aware the moment a tenant has registered for an inspection, get feedback after the inspection has been carried out, be alerted once a tenancy application has been received, and be updated on the progress of applications as they are processed.
