Michael Kilroy has been a Gold Coast local since 1986 after moving from Papua New Guinea, where he went to school and his parents and grandparents were in business.

Michael's early career before moving into real estate was owning and managing cafes in Brisbane and the Gold Coast. This enhanced his customer service and communication skills as well as teaching sound financial management principles.

Michael is an experienced property manager who has spent over 15 years working on Chevron Island, so is fully conversant with the local rental market. Michael has a logical approach with highly developed skills in the areas of problem solving, negotiation and conflict resolution. He is a fully licensed real estate agent and is committed to continuing professional development to keep abreast of changes in legislation and best practice as applicable to management of tenancies and rental properties.
