With over 15 years experience in the Real Estate industry and a comprehensive background in administration and sales support, Sarah’s love of Property Management began over 7 years ago when she joined the team at Coastwide First National.

Sarah’s key traits are honesty, integrity, an ethical nature and a friendly approach with particular attention to detail, follow up and people skills.

Sarah’s good name is evident from her professional relationships with Landlords and Tenants alike.

“I think what sets me apart from other Property Managers is that I genuinely enjoy my job and I like coming to work each day! There are so many positive aspects to the position, but one of my favourite things would have to be changing people’s views on our section of Real Estate! By just doing what I consider to be part of my everyday work, clients and tenants have often described their experience as ‘above and beyond’ any they have had with Property Managers and Real Estate agencies in the past.

“I also get a real kick out of keeping in touch with potential tenants on a regular basis and working with them to find them their ideal property; it’s a real feeling of achievement. Landlords are always confident in my skills and knowledge and can relax knowing that I am working in their best interest to find the most suitable tenants for their investment property.”

Sarah (37 years) lives with her husband and two young children, as a local resident of Chittaway Point and has grown up on the Central Coast. Sarah loves the lifestyle, especially the close proximity to local beaches and of course, shopping centres! In my spare time (if there is any with two young children?!), Sarah enjoys shopping and spending quality time with family and friends, bike riding and cooking.

Sarah’s goal is to become one of the Central Coast’s most sought after Property Managers and continue to provide the best possible service to all current and future clients of Coastwide First National Real Estate.
