Neil began his real estate journey back in 1984, the first office he worked in was in the Acacia Ridge area, mainly selling land throughout Southeast Queensland. Next stop in the journey was Redbank Plains area as a land salesman in Kruger Park Estate, once this was sold out he moved into agency sales about 4 years later after a brief stint on the Gold Coast. He then took up a position working for First National Collingwood Park and quickly progressed to become sales-manager with great success, he then ended up purchasing the office. Neil had the foresight to open the First National Springfield in 1999 which was the first real estate office in the Greater Springfield which he built from the ground up. Neil's daughter Kiah join the business in late 2015 who has a similar passion for real estate and the local community as Neil as well as the drive to succeed, together they make quite a formidable team. Neil enjoys giving back to the industry and was the Chair of the Brisbane Zone for First National for several years, he stepped down to take up the role of Chair of the First National State Council for Queensland which he holds today. Neil is also the current President of The Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce, an active role he has held for about 7 years. Neil's other passion apart from family and friends is golf, he plays regularly as well as attending many charity golf days including the First National Springfield's Annual Golf Day in support of a charity very close to his heart. He also runs a small social golf club that play on most Sundays in his spare time.
