Warren has a background of farming and business in New Zealand before going into real estate there for 4 years in the Tauranga, Bay of Plenty region. Then in 2007 moved to Santo, Vanuatu to take up the position with First National Santo as manager subsequently purchasing the business with his partner Christine in 2009. Since then he has gained a wealth of experience in Vanuatu real estate making him by far the most experienced agent in Santo and one of the most experienced in the whole country.
