A proud local of Lake Macquarie, mother of two Karen holds a long and successful history in Finance, HR and Management. Having worked for solicitors in trust accounts, and then going on to manage an accountant’s office in Sydney; several years of the daily commute took its toll and Karen decided it was time to create her own local consultancy business and has never looked back.

Initially consulting in the establishment of First National Toronto, transpired into a full-time position and has developed a true love of ‘the people side’ of real estate.
