As the network’s National Business Growth Manager, Stacey Kelly leads the network’s nationwide team of business growth managers. Her team works to strengthen First National agencies by mentoring salespeople, property managers and principals, and advising on customer service, business planning, marketing, products and technologies.

Her background in bio-medical sciences and psychology, combined with extensive experience in real estate practice, informs a pragmatic and effective approach to the difficulties and opportunities First National agents face. Her hands-on approach to boosting careers and businesses is well recognised and respected, as is her focus on the workflows that polish the consistency of the First National experience.

Liaising across the national administration’s various departments, Stacey helps our agents extract the full benefit of First National's systems, with product development, training, face-to-face support, and trouble shooting.
