Raised in Darwin all her life she is a true local having lived through Cyclone Tracy with her family and completed all of her formative and later years of education. With a background in business bookkeeping, Monika established her career in the Telecommunications/IT industry in roles for sales, training and customer service.
During her 25 years in the telco industry it consisted of running small to medium local businesses, where she was the Office & Operations Manager dealing with the whole of business in private enterprise with dealerships among leading market vendors. Her role was to oversee all sales, service, training as well as the day to day running of accounts/finance and HR, an all rounder.
Monika then moved into the Non-Government sector for seven years with roles in Office, Finance, HR and Administration Management that allowed her to facilitate working in the aid of not-for-profit dealing with affairs for local and federal indigenous, health, sport and education government project grants.
Today, Monika joins us as the Office Manager where she oversees across all departments to ensure OFN is a balanced, harmonious and friendly workplace so that employers, employees and clientele can work together to achieve their ultimate goals. Monika has been responsible in a range of innovative administration programs to ensure clients are offered the best possible service and where our employees can work to the best of their abilities with exceptional quality in a time of growth to sustain business into the future.
