Prior to entering Real Estate, Marty had a long career in the Royal Australian Navy, specializing in Human Resources and providing support and information to all ranks from the Commanding Officer to the newest recruit. He also taught as an instructor at the Sailors Leadership and Management School.

Upon leaving the Navy in 2001 Marty commenced his career in Real Estate. Initially specializing in property management and managing a portfolio of up to 200 properties. Good communication skills and attention to detail gained through his Naval service, are attributes that enables him to work with owners, tenants and trades to enable successful outcomes. As his Real Estate career progressed, he has worked as head of the rental department and trust account manager in two different agencies, managing a team of up to six staff and over 500 properties.

In the last 12 months Marty has moved into the role of contracts administrator. His attention to detail legislative knowledge are paramount in ensuring that the administrative part of the sales process runs smoothly.

Married with three grown up children and two grand children, Marty enjoys family time, golf, swimming and AFL football.
