Janina Graham epitomises integrity, drive, hard work and professionalism in all areas of her work. She joined our team a 7 years ago as a Assistant Property Manager, and returned after having a short break to spend time with her young son. She commenced back at First National Rochedale in the pivotal role of Leasing Officer, which involves showing properties to prospective tenants, evaluating tenant applications, tenant sign-ups, and lease renewals. She then took over the Front Office Manager role and spent the next 4 years in this position. She gained a high reputation in the local area as the go to person and the unofficial role of "Queen of Rochedale South" . She also earned Receptionist of the Year 2020 for First National. Currently Janina is now our Trust Account Administrator and thoroughly enjoying this role. She is a reliable, professional and well loved member of team and represents the core values of First National Rochedale to the highest standard.
