Kylie is known as the glue that keeps the team together, in the role of Office Manager, Kylie has been leading the way for the team since First National Lifestyle Sippy Downs opened their doors. With over 15 years’ industry experience and a passion for creating an efficient, productive and fun environment for the team to work, Kylie has successfully created an unrivalled office culture. With a distinct focus on recruiting the best in the business, supporting professional development and offering ongoing training opportunities, Kylie thrives on helping others to reach their full potential and beyond.

Kylie has a background in finance and has completed a Certificate V in Business and currently holds a real estate sales certificate. She has a holistic view of the business operations as she is the go to for anything that needs to be resolved, while ensuring that the accounts, sales staff and property management teams are equipped with what they need to do the best job possible. Kylie loves improving the systems and processes within the office, with a focus on how to deliver the best service and outcomes for sales and property management clients. Going above and beyond is the way that Kylie operates and the example she sets for the team around her. Kylie admits she is proud to see how the First National Lifestyle Sippy Downs team works together, lifts each other up and supports each other through challenges, making every day truly rewarding.

With such immense responsibility on her shoulders while at work, when she gets a break, Kylie enjoys entertaining, spending time with friends and family, enjoying the great outdoors across the Sunshine Coast including our mountains and beaches, while she is an avid gym goer. Kylie is excitedly planning her and Gavin’s wedding and is making a list of all the travel destinations she would love to visit. Current favourite holiday locations are Fraser Island and Hamilton Island, while she has her heart set on seeing overseas destinations like Africa and America.
