Since taking over as our Senior Property Manager in 2018, Nathan has shown his exemplarily ability to effectively manage property but also relationships between Landlords, Tenants and Tradespeople alike.

After completing a Bachelor of Commerce (Management) from the University of Adelaide, Nathan stepped into the role as Senior Property Manager like a duck to water. Over this time, he has leased and effectively managed hundreds of properties and continues to do so on a daily basis. His background in Legal Studies ensures that he has a comprehensive understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 1995 and the rights and responsibilities of both Landlords and Tenants.

In 2019, Nathan was awarded with First National's Property Manager Rookie of the Year award in recognition of excellence in the industry within their first twelve months in Property Management.

This success has rolled on throughout the years with various other significant industry awards including being awarded the 2023 First National SA/NT Property Manager of the Year, along with National recognition within "The Elite" National Property Manager of the Year.

Owning multiple investment properties himself, Nathan takes a strong interest in staying up-to-date with everything involving Property Management including the latest news and potential changes to legislation.
