Jess has been an invaluable part of our team at Rayners for 6 years now and during that time has done many things including marketing, customer service and reluctant IT specialist.
Her to do list at times represents a shopping list and she never complains, just gets on with it.
Very modest, Jess never thinks she has knowledge worthy of offering to others but at our recent convention we saw her blossom and gain confidence in herself that she does know her stuff.

Jessica’s main strength however is in office management and systems, her get things done attitude making sure things run smoothly on a daily basis. And just so she doesn’t get bored she is now working back in our Property Management department alongside Jason Handreck at our Ballan office.

She speaks ‘Marcus’ better than anyone we know, is often [very often] mistaken for Leanne and can nail ‘The Floss’ on command.
A high C with her DISC profile suggests she doesn’t know how to have fun.

Since being with us Jessica has had 2 more children with her hubby Craig and purchased a house in Bacchus Marsh. In her spare time Jess loves to keep fit and plays tennis at The Bacchus Marsh Lawn Tennis Club. She is also first and foremost a Mum to 3 beautiful children, Summer, Axel and Riley.
