Kerrie is married with 2 adult children and lives on the Gold Coast. Kerrie moved from Sydney in 2000 and has not looked back. The Gold Coast offers a great relaxed lifestyle and says there is always something to do without spending too much money. The Blues festival is one of her favourites.
To relax she spends time with friends and family and loves to walk along the beach and to visit the hinterland where possible and discover new places.
Kerrie has worked in the real estate industry since 2002 starting out as a Receptionist in a small real estate agency on the front desk greeting clients and tenants on a daily basis. In that time she has learnt many skills that are required in the office on a daily basis.
After completing a 12 month Agency Support traineeship from REIQ, Kerrie progressed to Sales administration within the same agency and later on she was asked to help out in the Property Management department and she loved the challenge of Property Management, from there; she worked as a Property Management Assistant for several years and then progressed to become a Senior Property Manager managing a medium size portfolio.
After several years and a lot of experience later, Kerrie decided to have a change and move back to Sales administration and use her knowledge of real estate to support the sales agents in the office and holds a current Real Estate license.
Kerrie has a great deal of real estate experience in both rentals and sales administration and this shows in her current job today. Kerrie has worked for First National The Pines for 5.5 years and still loves the challenges that real estate brings. She has supervised and trained many new staff members to the team and has a passion for real estate administration.
