Rachel Crotty

Sales Assistant


Rachel has been an active member of the Alford & Duff First National team since October 2006. During Years 11 & 12 Rachel completed a School-Based Traineeship to coincide with her Higher School Certificate. Upon completion she finished with a NSW Certificate of Registration, a Certificate III in Property (Real Estate) and Certificate II in Business Administration.

After completing her HSC, in 2009 Rachel started a job share with Alford & Duff First National and a local accounting firm where she gained skills and knowledge in accounting working on audits and super funds in particular and done further study including a Certificate III & IV in Business Administration.

May 2011 seen Rachel commence full time employment at Alford & Duff First National and is an integral member of this team.

Rachel's primary role at Alford & Duff First National is Sales and Marketing but being a small rural Agency, Rachel has taken on the roles of other areas including Property Management and Administration.

Working at Alford & Duff First National, Rachel has had a very diverse role and having a passion for real estate, marketing, design and photography, her enthusiasm for her role is reflected in her high quality work and the way she conducts herself to any task.

In January 2017 Rachel moved and joined the team at First National Tweed City as a Sales Assistant to gain further skills and experience in the industry.

Rachel is highly focused, motivated, driven and has outstanding work ethic. She is a hard worker, goal setter and a genuine achiever.

Rachel prides herself on good client rapport as she builds and maintains strong client relationships.
