Michael Hall started in 1976 as a Junior Property Manager at Frank Facey First National (now Hall & Partners First National). After six months Michael moved into the sales department where he had to quickly learn all aspects of listing and selling real estate as he had a young family to support.
After 8 years of working in the sales department, Michael became sales manager of the Dandenong office and then in 1991 purchased the business, which was the oldest and most established real estate business in the area with a large rent roll since 1916. Over the next couple of years he opened offices in Mulgrave and Endeavour Hills.
The Hall group is still the largest individually owned office network in the area both in sales and property management and Michael is very committed to ensuring his company gives the highest possible standard of service to all valued clients, being Vendors, Purchasers, Landlords and Tenants.
Because of the strength of the office and the commitment to customer service, the company has a lot of repeat business, where clients know the level of service they will receive. This is reflected in Michael’s mission statement for the company.
